The Johnny 7 Combo

The Johnny 7 Combo were a short lived Proto Punk/ Rock n’ Roll band, forming in the spring of ’77 from the ashes of previous band ‘Firesharks’, the 16 year olds recorded a demo at Hillside studios in Ipswich that summer but sadly disbanded before the year was over, partly due to an attack upon the band at 101 Nightclub where the singer was hit square in the face with a bottle.
